$7500 Matching Grant Challenge Doubles your donation!!

As we reported in our July 15 email, the funding landscape for small arts organizations like Hedwig Dances is shifting. In particular, foundation grants for general operating support are being restricted and redirected to other priorities. This leaves us with a funding shortfall as we approach August 31, the end of our fiscal year.

To help us close the gap between expenditures and income, we're thrilled to tell you that a "Friend of Hedwig’ has issued a $7500 challenge grant. Every dollar secured up to $7500 in this campaign on or before August 31, will be matched by this anonymous donor.

Your gift of ANY AMOUNT will secure our future and enable us to continue bringing memorable dance theatre for your enjoyment. In just the coming months, Hedwig Dances will feature three outstanding local choreographers who create interdisciplinary dance works that merge dance with a visual environment. In addition, plans are under way for potential performance opportunities locally and internationally.
